Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms are between you and Zatech and apply to the iOS apps we publish ("the App"). Apple's standard licence agreement (the Licensed Application EULA) applies to the App as well; these terms add to it. By using the App you agree to both. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.
1. Who we are
Zatech is a developer of iOS apps based in the Netherlands, run by Maarten Meijer. Questions: support@zatech.nl.
2. What you may not do
- copy, modify or reverse-engineer the App, except where the law lets you;
- resell, rent or share the App or access to it;
- use the App unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others;
- try to disrupt, overload or get around the protection of the App or the services it connects to.
3. Your content, and recording other people
What you create in the App is yours. It is stored on your device, we do not receive it, and you are responsible for backing it up.
Some apps can record sound, video or location. You are responsible for using these features lawfully. In many countries you need the permission of the people you record, or must tell them.
4. Feedback is not advice
Some apps give feedback, scores or suggestions, for example about speaking or walking. They are automatic and approximate, meant for self-improvement and information only. They are not professional, medical, psychological, legal or career advice, and they do not predict the result of any real situation.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the App useful and reliable but do not promise it is always available or error-free. We may change or stop the App or a feature, for example when it is no longer viable or the law requires it.
6. Ownership
The App, including its design, code, texts and brand, belongs to Zatech or its licensors and is protected by law.
7. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or deliberate recklessness (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid) and for death or personal injury.
8. Changes to these terms, and governing law
We may change these terms; we change the date at the top, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Dutch law applies, and disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in the country where you live.
